OSV
In the early 1900s a bankrupt publisher in Huntington, Ind. offered young Father John Noll a printing press for a single dollar. Who would have ever thought what would come from this simple $1 investment to a local parish priest: a huge Catholic publishing and offertory solutions enterprise that not only survived but has thrived for over 100 years! Father Noll's investment in the printing press and the responsibility that came with it was an act of radical trust in God; trust that a parish priest in a small town in a small state could launch such an enterprise and succeed. OSV is a not-for-profit Catholic company offering products and services that accompany Catholics of all ages on their journey toward missionary discipleship. OSV publishes Catholic magazines and a newspaper, a wide range of books, Bibles, and Vatican documents, along with Spanish, Bilingual, and English religion curriculum and sacrament preparation materials, all designed to create lifelong opportunities for encounter with Christ. OSV also serves the Church through a variety of parish products and services such as websites, online giving, and complete communication, stewardship, offertory programs and consulting. The Institute demonstrates it's commitment to the mission by focusing on the pastoral needs of the Church through grants funded by the proceeds earned in the sale of these products and services. The mission of OSV and the OSV institute is: to serve the Church. To place an order, CLICK HERE
