about the CMN Christmas Event.

Who is this event really for?

It’s truly for ALL ages. Many family destinations create fun activities that are mostly for kids. Not the CMN Christmas Event! Most of our activities are designed for parents and grandparents to enjoy WITH the children. Nothing is set up as a “drop-off.” Plus, seated events will include spaced out back rows - so it’s easy for families to fit a stroller or set out a blanket for quiet play - while grown-ups get inspired by the amazing speakers

What experiences can I expect at this event?

Grownups especially appreciate the inspirational speakers Fr. Mike Schmitz and Chris Stefanick, plus live music that joyfully honors Jesus performed by Maria Vargo and Dave and Lauren Moore.

Children look forward to Visits and Photos with St. Nicholas, Storytime in the Virtue Village, the Jesus Birthday Cake Walk, Jesus Joy Bounce House, hands-on crafts and activities in the Shepherd’s Meadow, and more

All ages enjoy shopping for unique gifts in the Christmas Market, Bethlehem Town’s life-size nativity and twinkling lights, the Christmas Pageant, and the Las Posadas Procession.

Should I bring cash?

YES! Most of our exhibitors selling gifts in the expo hall will be equipped with electronic sales devices, but some smaller artists and sellers may be simpler - offering cash transactions.

Also, there will be places where you or your child can donate to a charity, like at the St. Nick Snack Shack, as well as a concessions stand, and those will be simpler with cash.

Where is the event taking place?

At the Hilton Anatole located at 2201 N Stemmons Fwy Dallas, TX 75207

Is parking free?

No, but we have arranged for discounted parking at $11 per day, plus tax (as opposed to the normal $20 per day, plus tax). This will be available to overnight guests as well as any guests that attend for the day. Pick up your discounted parking voucher at the CMN registration desk!

Does the hotel provide shuttle services for out-of-town guests?

Unfortunately the hotel does not have a shuttle service.

If I plan a weekend stay, is there more to do?

Is there an admission fee for the event?

No, there is not! We’re selling tickets for specific paid events/activities (speaker sessions, photos with St. Nick, the kid’s play area, the Christmas Pageant, and cookies & treats with St. Nick), but there is no fee to get in the door. Our Christmas Market is open to the public!

Are there any discounts available?

Early Bird pricing is available through October 15. Participating schools and parishes get a 30% discount. Contact your school or parish to see if they have a discount code for you to use! We have a special rate for groups of 15 or more. Email us at info@catholicmarketing.com for more information

Can I purchase tickets on site?

Absolutely! There will be tickets available for sale at the event registration counter every day of the event. This is not the hotel registration desk. We are located just outside the Trinity Ballroom.

Do I need physical tickets to get into the ticketed events?

Yes. Head to the registration desk when you arrive at the event, and we will check you in and hand you the physical tickets and/or wristbands you purchased

Do I need to bring anything with me in order to check-in?

It is best if you have the QR code from your confirmation email with you (either pulled up on your phone or printed off) when you arrive at registration. If you don’t have access to it, we can find your registration by your name, but this may slow down the process.

Does my purchase of a Gift of Christmas Gala ticket reserve me a specific seat?

Unless you purchase a table, all seating is first come, first serve. If you purchase a complete table for the gala, you will have a specific table reserved for your group.

Is there reserved seating for speaker sessions or the Christmas Pageant?

No, all seating is first come, first serve. If you are part of a large group, you may want to arrive early to secure seats near each other
